Cornering Your Physician

Have you talked to Robin lately? She’s our head customer service rep here at Konsyl. Many of you have probably chatted with her when you call our 800 line. She keeps me updated on your concerns.

One thing she has heard a lot lately is how tough it is to pin your doctor down for questions. I know that when I am in a doctor’s office, I forget what to ask and sometimes I only have 5 minutes with him.  Sound about right?

Robin can answer a lot of fiber and health questions, but she can’t give medical advice.  It is not allowed by the FDA, who governs our business.  So it’s up to you to get answers from your doctor. Watch this online video on talking to your physician from the Federal Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality. It tells you just how to make sure you get your money’s worth from your doctor. Weight Management Question

It’s Monday and I wanted to respond to a question I received this weekend, but it does take a while to get familiar with this blogging aspect. Sorry for the delay.

Anyway—– Konsyl has been used by Physicians for weight management.
