Saw a great article on WebMD: 4 Signs That Your Diet Lacks Fiber. According to the American Dietetic Association, most of us are only getting about half of what is recommended for a healthy diet (14 grams daily instead of 35 grams). But I think we sometimes get used to feeling fiber-deprived and don’t realize what we are missing until we make the change.

- Nausea and Tiredness Related to Diet
